If you have requested new images to be uploaded to your website either to a rotator on the body of the website, and you cannot see them, the most common reason for that is that you need to clear your browser cache.  How do you do this?  Press the ctrl button on your keyboard while refreshing your browser page and that should automatically clear the old images from your browser cache.
